Following the proliferation of F.A.R + C. and self-proclaimed Imperator who have never been in the FAR + C., sometimes confusing the various decorations with belonging, I am obliged as a former Regent of the Collegiate AL-KIMIA and Deputy Imperator appointed by Roger in his time to ask, in agreement with the Philosophical Temple of the Sun, the Elder Brothers who followed me and the instructors, to align themselves with the reorganization initiated by Daniel CARO.
